Everything we spoke about made sense. I was given resources and tasks to compliment what was talked about during each session. My therapist was always on time and gave clear explanations of the structure of the session and what was going to be covered.
My therapist was non-judgemental in her approach and I felt listened to and validated.
I have found the sessions and resources extremely beneficial to my recovery and will continue to use them to further improve and maintain my mental health.
