qStaff are always on hand to help patients when required this is the third psych ward I have been on, and it is the one I prefer of them all. Staff are open with patients and the dynamics of the ward is the best I have been on.
Suggested improvements
Some issues with staffing umbers, so more staff would be better, ward round more than once per week.

I feel that improvements could be made with staff actually care and take the time to talk to you and be there for you and notice when your struggle.
Suggested improvements
More activities for staff to do it can be very lonely and boring and all we can do sleep to past the hours.

Sometimes I did not feel understood or heard by the staff when I approached them to tell them I was not feeling good they asked me if I felt mentally unwell or physically I was then asked to take a seat - only to be forgotten about.
Suggested improvements
- Make it clear which member, of staff is floating.
- Spend time with patients carrying out positive interventions.
- On weekends staff should implement acivities.
- Ensure that quiet patients are heard as well as the loud ones.

I don't feel listened to my requests are not valid apparently. Dr. [name removed] needs to make decisions in ward round, that would reduce frustration.

Some things need changing according to patients specification.
Suggested improvements
- Lack of staff.
- Getting things done on time - like fixing patient rooms.
- Effectively taking up patient recommendations.
- There's a problem with some tablets - make me sleepy.
