I don't feel listened to my requests are not valid apparently. Dr. [name removed] needs to make decisions in ward round, that would reduce frustration.
Suggested improvements
Given us fixed time slots for ward rounds.
Because of the my diagnosis I need clarifications sooner. I {} they should appoint patients to support pers like peer support workers.
Don't let staff pick my meal choices.
