I felt the service to be under pressure, as in the 1to1 with the Doctor felt quite rushed and perhaps she didn't fully take on board the new symptoms I've been showing.

I believe the Psychiatrist could have made a little more time to hear my concerns and listen as I am concerned about my diagnosis maybe being incorrect.

Shower facilities would be good. Food resources improvement and how to store hot foods not just a microwave.

I felt really safe around great, caring staff who are always polite and helpful and they really do make you feel welcome.

The rooms can get really warm and the food could be better.
