Cannot shave legs walls are not high enough to let us outs to on our own violence from other patients is an issue./nTV room good./nBed at 10.
Suggested improvements
Illness being understood now. I have got a new matress which has meant the world to me. Do not like being told I have to take Zopi clone everyday. I have got a chair for the shower.

As there were people on levels obs and they were short staffed. I was due to go out for 1/2 hour escorted trip out the front and was unable to have it due to no one availabel.
Suggested improvements
Communication could be better between staff and patients. Sometimes you feel like your in a marry go round being passed from person to person.
