All the staff were attentive, caring and both day and evening staff made sure I had everything I need to hand during day during the night. I felt safe and secure and excellent.
Suggested improvements
As a patient for tests only the bed was like a 'rock' obviously for an in patient. Please make sure to allocate a suitable bed./nThank you.

The Peer Support group has been amazing and at times a life line for me and I'm sure others in the group too. Chris and Patsy were always so understanding and encouraging of us all, as at times its hard to feel like you'll ever make any progress.... It was such a safe haven with a wonderful group of people and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone going through a Bereavement.
Suggested improvements
I think the online meetings worked well under the circumstances, however we all at some point struggled with Microsoft Teams and maybe Zoom could be an option!??

A beacon of hope in the midst of a pandemic when there were seemingly no other avenues of support. A safe haven to talk by about the people we had lost, and felt listened to as we shared our experiences of grief and loss.

The hospice team of Chris And Patsy were caring and understanding along with knowledgable and gave great support.

The support and offering especially due to the fact no face to face meets could happen during this time was will through out and co ordinated.

The team have all been extremely supportive of me, my dad and mum./nVery professional, empathetic and supportive.
Suggested improvements
All limitations were due to covid restrictions i.e reduced visitors, so out of the hands of the hospice.
