I have had numerous overnight sits for my husband. The ladies were brilliant, they do everything possible to help with his needs, they put him at his ease with their kindness and friendliness whilst remaining professional. It gives me (his wife) a much needed chance to go to bed and has a proper night sleep.

It would be much better if they were allowed to give medication, it rather defeats the object when they have some medication. The 2 hour daytime respite would be better if it was 3 hours, it would give a bit more time for recipient to may be get haircut or meet up for lunch etc, or does live around the corner. The relationship between the day respite and the overnight is totally different. You do not get to know the day ladies very well because of the short time like friends (Even though still very professional). I would like to say how much I appreciate your help, it is a marvelous, much needed service you provide. Thank-you so much.
