I was a bit skeptical at first- would they try and take over my life but that hasn't been the care at all. I have found their advice and support most welcome. Its good to know there is someone I can call if I need to visit are frequent which is great as I don't feel {} between hospital visists.
Suggested improvements
So far can't think of anything as this is a while new experience for me.
