I met with your liaison nurse, Joanne, who was very informative, courteous and empathetic to my circumstances and concerns. She arranged for Jane, from the Outreach Team, to visit me to explain your services in even more detail. Jane has visited me twice and will visit again and no doubt continue to be as helpful as possible.

The only think you are unable to do is to give me a 100% guarantee that there would be a space for me at your hospice when the end of my life is imminent. However, you can only do what is possible and I can't expect miracles although they would, of course, be extremely welcome!
