Staff were very kind and took extra care to make me feel save and in good hands. Plus it was great that it was the same team as before which gave a sense of continuity.
Procedures were well explained and when I was not feeling well after a drop of blood pressure they quickly react and took time to until I was ok which made me feel confident to proceed. I was also given the option to postpone if I wanted/was deem necessary. I cannot emphasise enough that all the team were outstanding and highly professional. Thank you
