The medical treatment I received was first class. The supporting administration is very poor. It is normal to wait for extended periods. On one occasion I attended by appointment, was asked by reception to wait in the atrium, and eventually after waiting for a long time I learnt that Dr Shah didn't have a clinic and I should have gone to the ward. Surely reception should have known that Dr Shah didn't have a clinic. When I eventually got to the ward Dr Shah was elsewhere and couldn't see me. The car parking is completely ridiculous. I have had cause to visit Springfield Hospital as an NHS patient and the difference is as chalk and cheese. There you rarely have to wait, you are seen on time, the staff are more courteous and caring. On one occasion I arrived about twenty minutes early for an appointment with Mr Levy, I was seen straight away and was on my way before the scheduled appointment time. Surely, if it's possible for the NHS in Springfield (I know it's basically a private hospital) to operate efficiently it ought to be possible to get it to operate efficiently in Broomfield
