I was very impressed by my stay in Goldhanger Ward - the doctors and staff were very kind and caring and explained what was happening to me at each stage. When I asked for things - eg. another blanket or pillows - they got them for me immediately. My outpatient experience today was also very impressive. The self-service check-in was easy to use, the waiting area was spacious and clean and I was called for my appointment as soon as I sat down. A very efficient system.
