I have recently needed to book my checkup appointment and after some difficulties doing it myself I spoke to honestly the most wondering person through emails, Carly was their name and I was provided clear and easy to follow information whilst also managing to engage in some light back and forth humour which made the whole situation a breath of fresh air which was welcome when trying to book something which can be quite distressing.
10/10 Carly needs a promotion or raise because she has been the best person I have ever spoken to for customer service!! Thank you Carly

Nurses Alison and Precious were absolutely amazing. They put me at ease, distracted me with conversation during the procedure which I really appreciated. They also monitored me after I felt faint. Super professional and I’m very grateful to have been in their care.

Alison and Precious were incredible with my coil removal and replacement. I was given loads of information about the procedure and they were amazing during the procedure, offering support and giving me time to recoup afterwards. Could not have asked for better nurses.
