Everything look spotless, Alison was amazing and was a kind soul while I was terrified.

Had to wait for 30 minutes after my initial appointment time to be seen. Not too bad though as I heard the front desk staff saying that they’ve had some employment issues.

Alison was very nice, professional and friendly. One criticism was that she wasn’t able to answer all of my questions - I don’t know whether that was down to a lack of personal knowledge or a lack of general understanding in the menopause/womens health area

Clinic is clean and tidy with important information clearly visible.

The staff here are amazing, I have some issues and they were just wonderful I couldn't thank them enough and they are already doing such an amazing job they couldn't do better if they tried. Thank you so much for you're time and patience.

I only booked the day before and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment so quickly. The clinic was smart and clean. The staff were friendly and down to earth. My clinician , Precious was helpful understanding and showed compassion. I was made to feel comfortable for what is always an awkward type of appointment.

Carly at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming lovely person… Connor the health care assistant was very friendly aswell and easy to speak to he also gave me very good advice thank you both

Connor and Carly - AKA Ed and Sarah - they know :) are an absolute credit to the team. They are the first people you see when entering the centre and instantly make you feel relaxed. They are both so welcoming and friendly and instantly make you feel comfortable just by being them. Never change guys, you are both amazing :) :)
