Tbh although my wait time was quite long, my treatment was fast and affective. When I found out I was pregnant it was a quick discussion about what’s best for me and what I wanted. No one else’s opinion mattered but mine. It was amazing

I've been very satisfied with the services provided. I feel that any worry I have, after a single visit it goes away. The staff is very kind and caring. I feel safe.

lady at reception was very friendly and told me where to go and what to do.
when i saw a nurse she didnt seem very friendly, asked me questions in a rude manner, and seemed a bit judgemental whilst talking about what to do whilst in the room and after i left.
Suggested improvements
maybe have a customer service course for your nurses as i didnt feel welcome the whole time i was in the consultation room,
or maybe have a new system as all the questions i answered on the questionnaire, i was asked again by the nurse who gave me rude looks whilst i was thinking of the answer and finding out on my phone
