The lady at reception was super sweet and she explained everything well since it was my first time there. The bathroom was very clean and I had everything done quite quickly.

I spoke to Gill regarding my sexual health test results. She was really helpful and informative as well as kind and reassuring. After receiving a text message the next phone consultation with a nurse I was able to book was for in a week time. However, when I rang up the lovely receptionist got me a next day phone call with Gill bother members of staff were lovely to talk to and compassionate in their communication.
