I didn’t feel comfortable with the nurse who was attending to me. I felt she was rude and judgemental as she looked disgusted as I was explaining my issue. I had explained to the reception (who was lovely) that it was my first time accessing brook and that I was in fact quite nervous however this lady clearly didn’t get the message and was excepting me to know things that I didn’t know the answers too. This altercation left me feeling very upset and overwhelmed.

Give nurses the training and skills they need to talk to young people when they are going through something they never have experienced before.
