I always have a pleasant experience every time I use the brook services, the nurses are always really kind and helpful. Chris saw me today and she was really helpful, easy to talk to and made me feel really comfortable. It’s organised really with well despite the pandemic! Thank you Chris :)

I felt very safe to be able to talk about anything that was troubling me and needed advice for. They gave me very good advice, care and provided me with all the help needed while making me feel comfortable. I can not remember the nurse's name on call but it was 1.30 on Friday 29th and she was amazing. She really helped me and allowed me to talk to her without feeling judged and safe.

The nurse was warm, caring and attentive. I didn't feel embarrassed talking about something as personal as sexual health with her as she made me feel comfortable.
