During my time at the Brook, I was greeted with kindness and respect. I was treated within around 2 hours of making my first call, so the service was really quick. I would like to make a note of how kind the nurse who saw me was. Her name was Julie and she was nothing but kind to me both over the phone and in the clinic. She really made my experience less daunting and she made me feel genuinely cared for, rather than just receiving care from a nurse. If it is possible please take the time to commend Julie for all of the hard work she does at Brook and thank her for making mine, and I'm sure many other young people's experiences so comfortable and friendly.

I gave these answers because what i was saying was respected by the women i spoke to and i did not feel judged or uncomfortable talking to her about anything sexual related.

Before starting the call maybe the practitioner and the individual could have a little get to know each other conversation for 2 minutes, just because for people who are nervous or don’t like talking about sexual things to a person they don’t know it might help them open up more and ask more questions that they need to know about their sexual health.
