I felt very comfortable and I was treated very nicely by Collette, she made sure to look after me and make sure I was feeling safe and comfortable. The reception staff were lovely also!

Chris was so so lovely and helped me with everything I needed, I was sorted out very very quickly and I’m very happy with the service I got! Nicest nurse I’ve ever dealt with, made my visit to Brook very pleasant

The brook staff are the kindest people I have ever spoken to other sexual health clinics in liverpool make you feel judged and the staff are rude I won’t speak to any other sexual health besides brook. 10/10
