This clinic is amazing. It is by far the best clinic i have ever used. The staff there is super friendly, caring and always helpful. The nurses are also very knowledgeable and actually know what advice to give and how medication should be used , in particularly the different contraceptions as i have had situations where nurses/pharmacists did not give me the right guidance/advice due to lack of knowledge.

Honestly i could not name a single thing that could be improved. The service provided is just amazing and they make you feel super comfortable throughout the whole process/appointment.

From the second I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable, when I got brought into a room, normal everyday conversation was made which made me feel relaxed and calm, and then she told told me everything I needed to know for what I was there for, she then asked me if I had and questions and she answered them for me and made sure I was okay and well in myself. I couldn’t of asked for anything better the support was amazing and I came out feeling so much better within myself.

After having unprotected sex i was scared and didn’t know what to do. My friend told me about the good experience she had with brook so me and my boyfriend rang Brook, they were extremely nice to us and made me worry less, as they weren’t judgemental and were very understanding! I saw a nurse called Julie who made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. This service is amazing and young people really do need it.

I don’t think there is anything they could have done better! The lovely experience took a lot of stress away from me

I’ve been going to the brook for years, I’m turning 25 soon and I can’t believe I can’t keep going there. So easy and really nice people. Talking about sex and contraception is awkward with a doctor sometimes so when it’s a place dedicated to making sure you feel safe and that you have all the knowledge, why would you want to leave? I spoke to Chris today getting my 6 month batch of pills, she was really nice and easy to talk to.

Keep the funding for the brook going. With everything going on in the world getting apps at your GP is difficult at the best of times and calling and asking for the pill is just not on their top priority at the moment. Young adults need a place to talk about sex and contraception without feeling awkward and frowned upon. It’s a safe environment that is needed.

I gave my answer because I think the brook clinic is very helpful towards young girls who need help and advice with their sex life/ life in general. The nurses in the clinic are all very kind and made me feel somewhat safe and comfortable.

There wasn’t anything they could have done better, they were very helpful.
