I came to have my Nexplanon implant removed and Julie was very friendly and explained every process as she was going. I felt little to no pain and Julie was very gentle and caring and gave great advice. It was also good to go there just to have a chat considering the circumstances that we're all in right now. Overall, the procedure was very quick and efficient and I had a pleasant experience.
Suggested improvements
I think that Brook Liverpool is an excellent service and I can't think of any other ways that they can already be improved.
