The staff were great but due to an error, I waited over an hour to be seen, though I understand that the staff are incredibly busy.

Checking patients are seen in a timely manner when they have an appointment.

All of the staff I dealt with at Brook, were professional, friendly and treated me with dignity. Sue who carried out my treatment was fantastic. She made me feel at ease and delivered the treatment with confidence. She took the time to find out my background & made me feel at ease. Brook clinic at Dudley is also very clean.

Superb staff :) Louise was especially helpful and caring today , I can't remeber the other ladies name dealing with blood taking etc may have been Julie but they were both brilliant. The receptionst staff were very helpful and great too. Thankyou

The nurse I saw today was lovely, friendly and informative. She made me feel relaxed and welcome. Really positive experience and I will be coming back for my contraceptive injection as I was unaware it was available to book in and get frequently.
