Because I was very confused about which contraception method should I choose. But nurse "Louise" was very nice and helpful. She helped me choose the best procedure for me. And her manners were very respectful
Suggested improvements
I had overall good experience. The only thing which you guys can can do better is giving wait time to patients so they can know that for how long they have to wait.
