I was brought into a room which seemed like an office with lots of things cluttered around everywhere. There were 2 lady’s in the room one who I was talking too and one who was just sat in the corner. My first complaint is that I was never Introduced to this lady and I had no idea why she was there. My second complaint is that when I had the injection the lady did not wash her hands nor wore gloves. My third complaint is that after my injection I started to slightly bleed and some of the injection started to run down the area this caused both lady’s to start frantically searching for a cotton pad which I believe she should of had on hand in the first place. While these lady’s carried on searching I bumped into the draw the lady for the injection out of which she didn’t shut in the first place (this all happened while my trousers were still down).
Suggested improvements
Wash hands/ wear gloves
Make patients seem more welcome and understand what exactly is going on I’m not usually a person to feel uncomfortable but this shore did
