Apprehensive about this appointment (coil removal) as at my age it’s always been an appointment at a GP surgery.
However this is the way of the world now. All staff I interacted with were informative, helpful, respectful and very friendly. Nice and clean in the areas I saw and I was dealt with fairly quickly
