The room was just difficult to find and the site staff/security didn’t know which part of the building the Brooks clinics were being held/run. Clearly signage would really be appreciated.
Whe. I finally found the room I was well recieved, treated with empathy dignity and respect. Ensuring my involvement in my care plan. Healthcare professionals such as these are very rare. Please treasure them.
