All the staff from reception to nurses and doctors are all first class. The admin staff
provide the best appointments available and are very friendly and helpful and welcoming when a patient walks in reception. The doctors and nurses all provide the best of service. I am most impressed with the overall high standard of service.

Perhaps a regular newsletter as was the case during COVID with a bit of personal info about the staff who they are what they do and what services you offer and how to access them. A more friendly place to belong to.

I am one of the lucky patients at this surgery. I always receive a good service and have a good rapport with reception staff and Drs. I have found them to be friendly and helpful. May be because I treat them with respect and humour and it is returned to me. We always have a bit of fun in our chats and face to face interactions.

My main issue is to get an appointment with my GP, it is very challenging to say the least. Also, the receptionist could be a little bit more friendly
