From first seeing Val I immidiately felt in safe hands. It was the first time I felt that my fears & concerns were heard. Val was informative, compassionate friendly, helped me to be independant with my wound care. With Vals expertise advise, care and help I have seen a wound (previously had wound 'never heal') Begin to dramatically change in three months. Her help and care has been invaluable and I can only say amazing! Many thanks for a fantastic service.
