I am a live in carer for a 90 year old lady who has severe mobility and incontinence issues. Her pad order came incorrectly over a month ago and despite several calls, left messages and telephone conversations this has not been rectified leaving my client extremely uncomfortable, not to mention the effect on her day to day living and dignity. Appalling. Shocking. Disgraceful.

I like that I was unconscious and woke up and it was done rather then being conscious and feeling everything. All the nurses were very kind , and the male doctors did not make me uncomfortable at all. Thankyou to everyone for the quick and kind service

I couldnot have received better treatment and support. The NHS gets much criticism but that is not my experience, either at the clinic, the County hospital or at home. No words of praise are sufficient.

My child had when was very younghad very complex multiple health issues. Health visitors at seaside view including community paedriticians there were not acting to a standard which was conjusive to our child's progress and development. There was identified deficiencies and discrepancies with health visitors records, and symptoms from our child been overlooked. This lead to an arena of mistrust and concerns for our child been misdiagnosed and people been involved who were clearly not up to scratch. Came to the point with seaside view paedriatricians, that would treat anything they do or say for our child with a " government health warning". Would not recommend seaside view for a child with special and or complex needs.

Firstly i would like to say health visiting team at roundabout childrens centre aremore destructive than beneficial to meet childrens and families needs. Had a query abouta concern about a phone transaction previous health visitor Ms Marianne Clarke had with my partner. She imparted to my wife inappropriate and information to her which was not within her remit to do. Ms Clarke has since been struck of by the NMC(the nursing and midwifery council in2012)., When we queried the phone transaction MsAnne Lunnon head of health visiting went and wrote an irrational letter to say and I quote ("we have looked into the matter and the phone conversation between my wife and Ms Clarke did not take place").? Weird to say the least. Though we have proof it did.The health visiting team at the Rounadabout children centrd were on the whole passive aggressive, and did not believe our child had medical conditions even though there was definitive diagnosis to support this. The public have to have trust in all medical and health visitors involved with there children, not be subject to these type of behaviours and actions.

Calm environment, skilled professionals looking after her - fully aware of my daughters special needs/autism and able to moderate their interactions/input to ensure she enjoys coming to the dentist and also is able to be examined/receive care through their careful handling. Thank you.

I came for a wheelchair fitting which for me at my age was quite upsetting and daunting but I was put at ease and my feelings were understood I was seen by Tszeem Fletcher who is an absolute credit to your team Everything was explained to me clearly and any other help was offered to me I left feeling much better about using a wheelchair The centre itself was very welcoming and friendly Thank you to all

For me, this was an incredibly valuable service carried out in a perfect, professional, informative and friendly manner. It wasn't rushed or hurried and I was given all the time I needed. I (and I'm sure others) greatly appreciate this, but understandably the knock-on effect makes scheduling and keeping to appointed time slots next to impossible. However, I was telephoned and kept informed of the delay and that was an extra consideration I appreciated. Whilst I realise this type of one-on-one service must be incredibly expensive to maintain, I do believe in the long run it is a service that money is well spent on, because it saved me making several different appointments with other health care providers and services, to receive the same information, advice and care. If all the visiting staff were like the nurse that came to me, then there isn't a single suggestion I could make that would improve the service further.

Very useful to get all information I need, help me to know if my baby is developing well. Groups they offer are a good chance to meet other families and share different point of views.
