For the first time in the 5 yrs of having diabetes I feel I understand what happening to me. Sam has explained everything so that I understand and if I have a problem I can always in the team. Also been refered to a dietician and with the help of a book that was rcommended i'm able to see how what i'm eating can affect me and also is a great guide to partions.
