First class throughout, only reason for 3* on first is impossibility of parking at BRI. I have to ask my daughter to get a day off work to take me which I don't like to do. First time I went I took my car and simply could not park which adds lots of stress to an already stressful day - made late in getting to appointment on time despite allowing half an hour extra, is car safe where I had to leave it, etc. Apart from that could not fault the hospital.
