Attended A&E. After all the adverse national publicity, the whole experience was impressive. Everyone seemed interested and motivated to provide a very good quality service. As a family we have always had the highest regard for the hospital and its staff. BUT: The Cooperative (out patients) pharmacy needs improving. There were loads of people waiting for ages to get their medication. By the time they did, most will have missed a dose! The assistant seemed disinterested. Just because you have a captive customer base doesn't mean you are entitled to treat them shabbily.
