The staff that attended to me were very thorough with everything they did for me. The nurse practitioner was exceptional.

I waited patiently for well over 3 hours only to be brushed off at a stroke by the person I saw . The consultation took less than 30 seconds when, as soon as I walked into the room, I was greeted with the words “ I can’t do ANYTHING for you!”.

Given me the great care you say you are wanting to achieve. I explained that I was at desperation stage that’s why I travelled all way to Blackpool so I could be seen on the day I first referred a tiny ( at that stage) skin tag over my left eye to my doctor ( GP) back in early October & to my great disappointment it was all to no avail. The liquid nitrogen treatment made matters worse. . I am now awaiting removal of the skin tag by the occoplastics division whom should have dealt with this issue in the first place. I was treated to a blast of Liquid Nitrogen at the dermatology clinic at Chorley Hospital some 2 months ago and it didn’t do much good- in fact it seemed to enhance the growth of the skin tag that I now find very intrusive in my life, I now have an appointment wttt Occoplastics In January at which I am hoping that they will remove this offending bit of skin for good.

The Doctor who examined me did so with compassion, exceptional knowledge and understanding. I could not have wished for better treatment.

Had it not been my age they would have refused me treatment

I thought with it being weekend I was unable to get a doctors appointment thats why your there to give urgent treatment

I was treated very promptly and with care on the the 4 occasions I've been treated in the last two weeks

Not enough information given regarding my length of stay. Poor The wait for pain relief. poor The food. poor Only 1 x-ray done after surgery, no follow up x-rays. Dressing covering chest drain not changed within 4 days.

Not discharged me too early the first time as It has resulted in me returning the following week (just before Christmas)

Very good due to the nurse actually striking up a conversation other than what I went in for. She was very pleasant throughout my session.

For me, nothing. But there'll always be someone who complains. You do a great job.

I was treated very well, and was not kept waiting very long before i saw the doctor.

I think yous do very well as a whole considering we are a holiday resort so you have more patients than a normal Walk In Centre
