I thought I should have been prescribed with Doxycycline, I mentioned this to the person who treated me. I came away with amoxicillin which for 6 days did nothing. After further investigation I am now on doxycycline plus another antibiotic.

I think that shouting a person's full name in the waiting area is wrong. Allocate patients with a number or other ID to protect their privacy. When I was there, another person turned up, she about 28 years old called Jade. She knows *of* me but doesn't know my name and I didn't want her to. Now she has my full name.

I was passed around between services at Whitegate and Blackpool Vic. Was advised over the phone I needed a chest xray, I had a chronic cough and was suffering with asthma. Referred to whitegate only to be told that they don’t do chest X-rays, and I need to go to the vic. Went to UTC at the vic to be told they don’t do them either. No help provided, and I just felt like nobody actually cared that I couldn’t breathe properly.

Take patients input on their care and how they want to be treated. Also, train your 111 Clinical Advisors better (FCMS) and make sure they aren’t referring to the wrong places.

My hearing is impaired

We were very impressed by everything from help given by the staff and the standard of treatment I received so I could not fault anything

Was seen by GP for kidney infection. Appointment was quick and thorough. Given antibiotics.

Wait time was long although that can't be helped.

Considering it was an emergency I would have thought that I would be a priority as my doctors surgery sent me to the walk in clinic

I had op to remove tumor which wasn't a complete success.

An idea of waiting times would help.

My daughter badly sprained her ankle and we wanted to make sure it wasn’t fractured. We are blessed to have a health care service that is easily accessible, staffed by compassionate people on our own doorstep. I am grateful for all the team there and the excellent service they provide during a busy and challenging period. Thank you.
