Efficient service. SDEC had written referral from Whitegate PCC whereby verbally spoke to SDEC. Told to present at A&E and would be sent to SDEC with pre arranged referral. On arrival was told by SDEC that not allowed to be seen in SDEC and denied the referral. Was sent back to A&E where was told that this was happening more and more. Not impressed therefore with SDEC but care received in A&E was good and staff very helpful.

See above. Sort SDEC out to accept pre arranged referrals!!!
