By not rushing the whole situation the doctor was not bothered

Doctor Madassa listened to my concerns, explained his thinking and involved me with the process. He is the first doctor to actually hear me as apposed to paying me the normal platitudes. It was refreshing; and I am thankful for his kindness and competence. The nurse I saw first was also very kind.

The food is very good. The attitude here is very good, you are all like a happy family. Staff are happy to do anything for me.

The food is pretty good, I look forward to meal time. The staff were very nice.

Sometimes the call bell isn’t answered quickly when I’m in the bathroom, I say this with reluctance.

Rang 111 and had call back within 20 mins. Appointment made to see go who in the end referred daughter to the hospital.

I felt listened to and well looked after. Staff spoke Spanish which made everything easier.

Not sure. Probably waiting times? Although I understand that exams results take its time.
