Despite being accidentally booked in when a GP was not going to be available, I was seen by a lovely nurse prationioner who was able to access me and prescribe me the antibiotics I needed. She was very lovely

The individual care, not just physical but emotional . And particularly the understanding of recent bereavement . Particularly Jayne and Kimar .All staff were kind and understanding .

Apart from the porridge which was excellent .Please improve the food.

The service was quick efficient and professional and the doctor that saw my daughter as reported by my husband whom attended the appointment was friendly and had a great sense of humour adm made my daughter relaxed
