Despite being accidentally booked in when a GP was not going to be available, I was seen by a lovely nurse prationioner who was able to access me and prescribe me the antibiotics I needed. She was very lovely

The individual care, not just physical but emotional . And particularly the understanding of recent bereavement . Particularly Jayne and Kimar .All staff were kind and understanding .
