OT intervention was amazing. (Penny)./nStaff were generally caring empathetic but were often too busy./nKelly was really helpful, informative and supportive.
Suggested improvements
Understaffed - often not enough staff available on the ward to take to./nMore OT - activities at weekend./nMore training for staff on BPD.

Good constant care, very respectful at all times.

Centre closed for 3 days due to lack of staff, which make my { } days move { } which was comfortable.
