The staff are just awesome! They are skilled with the equipment used and compassionate and supportive in all their dealings with me.
Suggested improvements
Not really. A coat hook and a mirror would be helpful in treatment rooms but in the grand scheme of things this is fairly minor!

Thank you for your review, they are really useful for our ongoing service development we really appreciate your time. You will find mirrors in the bathrooms within the suite. Unfortunately due the nature of the hooks we are allowed to use we have found that there are not fit for purpose they cannot hold heavy bags and coats so they were removed from the suites. You can hang coats over the bathroom door as an alternative.

Such a lovely team who all want the best for you and give their best from greeting at reception throughout treatment on leaving. Could not ask for anything better. { } a lovely caring, calm, safe environment.

The staff are always friendly and caring. They are considerate of my needs.
Suggested improvements
I have treatment for ME/ CFS- the treatment is extremely timing so I had be better filling in forms at home or before treatment, rather than after treatment.

Thank you for your review we do appreciate your time in completion as we use these for our ongoing service development. I appreciate that the treatment can be tiring, we do try to provide the forms for home completion. Some of the questionnaires do need to be nurse administered however we can add this to your individual care plans so these are completed prior to treatment. Please discuss with your named nurse for future treatments sessions.

Staff were kind and explained things well./nI find the catch up sessions with my named registered nurse helpful and find the exercises and self- compassion tools complement treatment well aid and self- care.
