Staff have been exceptionally kind, understanding and friendly treatment process has been fine.
Suggested improvements
I did not realise the centre was based at berrywood hospital. Contact details on the website say St. Mary's hospital in kettering. This has meant a longer travelling distance than anticipted. It could have been clearer in early communication what the address was I would have arranged different accomodation. [name removed] has not been mentioned although I did discover a chapel.

Thank you for your review. Sorry this was not clear in the information you found. We will review are systems and make sure this is clearer for people who are attending not local to Northamptonshire. NHFT has many site buildings that are spread over our long thin county the address on the trust website is listed as St Mary's Hospital. We do endeavor to make sure all our correspondence is clear with Berrywood Hospital address. I do acknowledge this can be confusing for people travel from further a field. I have also added spiritual and religious needs to out front sheet following your review so we are reminded of the importance of asking individuals of their needs.
