Because staff do not take my problems in saying. I need to apply for universal credit and do not have access to phone, tablet or PC.
Suggested improvements
Be nice with patient and give them {super} how much you can.

The wards have laptops and will support with applications for universal credit using these to ensure you have the right support when discharged from hospital. We endeavour to provide good quality care and support to those who access our services. Please speak with the nursing team on your ward if you are still an inpatient so we can support you with this moving forward. We will always treat patients with care and support as much as we can.
