Absolutely exceptional care as usual. Staff are both highly competent and compassionate.
Suggested improvements
Important!! The posts that usually prevent easy access to neuromodulation centre were down. This is great. However I tripped on the raised square in the middle of the path. This is a serious hazard.

Thank you for your review, I am pleased that you find the staff both competent and compassionate I will be sure to pass this on. I am so sorry to hear that by solving one issue it caused another. I will be sure to make sure the site management are aware to manage this risk in the future. We are continuously looking at our access and ways we can improve this.
