Good one to one with staff. Took a little while for them to realize that she needed to be approached and couldn't approach them independently.
Communication over some aspect of treatment like removal of clothes. e.t.c.

Thank you for the feedback. We are liaising with the community team in regards to each young person in order to provide individualised care and provide a detailed history on the young person and the best way to help this young person whilst in our care in preparation for discharge.
