Everyone I met was very friendly and cared for me a lot. From communication during treatment to always asking if I have had a cup of tea they were always making sure I was ok. Everyone has { } as my particular conditions and circumstances which was a pleasant surprise.
Suggested improvements
I think it would be a good idea to always explain what I having the treatment well feel like and a { } of the procedures. [name removed] helped explain there to me which helped a lot. I just thought I would add this here as I think it would benefit all patients.
