Prof Jones and Dr S. slater are extremely helpful nd patient. The nurses have been nothing but pleasant and caring. Sorry but in 3 yrs nearly I've been going for treatment etc I cannot in my experience explain the negative feedback on this page. Perhaps being so near to meeting your maker has them self pitting to the extent they are rubbing staff the wrong way
I only hope this addresses the balance a little? David T.
