Had a mammogram,first time here. Three previous ones in Cornwall. Am a retired srn,rmn 40 years service. Felt so upset by the offhand, unfriendly, treatment by tbe receptionist then radiographer. They were not rude but almost and saw in the grotty waiting area how they addressed patients. No smiles and very into orders. I had a horrible experience and am ashamed of how patients are treated.
I am retired but have been a nurse manager so do appreciate quality of care and am happy to discuss any aspects of this with senior management.
A coat of paint,remove horrid chairs, refresh and throw magazines, and sort disgusting carpet would help but please address politeness and respect first.
