GOOD. Care taken by all staff (A&E and all ward shifts) to make me comfortable.
NOT SO GOOD. Information transfer between all relevant staff must ensure they are aware when medicine changes are made. This will avoid a patient being discharged with the wrong strength tablets, as was my experience. This was realised quite quickly by telephone resulting in my husband having to return to the hospital to exchange tablets and obtain a revised discharge letter.
