I have visited the Urgent Care Dept several times in the past two weeks. I have autism and intrusive thoughts and have been receiving their help. The reception staff and the nurses/doctors are extremely compassionate and helpful, in particular I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Hamja and Ranga who were very understanding and helpful. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Took all of my daughters notes, blood pressure etc and we waited and waited. Then much later said are you waiting to be seen!!?? When I explained my daughter had been waiting ages we were told she's not on the system!! Absolute shambles of a service

Put my daughters details on the system in the first place!!

I wasn't annoyed with the care I received,as MH can be a delicate and troublesome time for many people. However I self admitted myself as I was distressed to say the least. On my discharge I was given this piece of card to rate and review the service. I found it very distaceful too ask a patient to do this when they're not coping very well, it's the last thing on there/ My mind...!!! And more too the point staff should know they're performing at an acceptable level. Not to ask patients to do this. It seems to me we live in a world where people are more concerned with Likes, thumbs up ratings. You know the ones you get on a social media account or voting on a reality show...!!!
